How to escape from ageing and chronic diseases?
Josephine Forbes of IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute suggests that processed food with large quantity of sugar and fat, fried and grilled or baked at higher temperature especially with animal fat to make it crispy/golden would harm immune system with hardened arteries and kidney problems. Early morning Toasts are examples. Just by avoiding such foods, you can escape from ageing and chronic diseases.
