A Connection Between Anxiety and Bone Weakness.

Anxiety is another major factor causing weak bones due to low bone mineral density. This report has been published in Journal of Affective Disorders. It has been an established fact that advance age, inadequate calcium intake, vitamin D defficiency and low level of sex hormones all lead to weak bones. But now researchers from Deakin in Australia and Norwegian Universities have found link between anxiety and weak bones. The most effective way to reduce anxiety is to practice Yoga and adopting a healthy living style.
