How to Avoid a Stroke?

Stroke is equally dangerous as a heart attack. High cholesterol and blood pressure are attributed here too. A diabetic with smoking habits and no physical activity is more likely to get an attack.  So it is necessary to change life style and monitor blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar level very frequently. Latest information provided by nurologist suggests inclusion of non-vegetarian items in the food to avoid vitamin B12 deficiency which may lead to increased level of homocystein (amino acid) produced naturally in the body.  So they suggest treatment with B12 and B6 and folic acid supplimentation in cases where a tendency for stroke noticed.  Any asymmetry noticed in smile, inability to lift both arms or variation in speech and blurred vision are signals which require urgent medical attention.
